The Service provided by the Company includes the creation, distribution, and management of digital and physical business cards embedded with Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. Users can personalize their digital and physical business cards through "NFC TOOLS" free application on play store or IOS. These cards either come preprogrammed or completely blank. 

By agreeing to this service, you agree to "Google" terms of service and privacy policy as well as "GoDaddy" and "Square" for web hosting and point of sale.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

**4. User Responsibilities**

- You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or distribute through the Service.
